General
Enso Balance is a D2C brand based in Punjab, India, selling home Pilates equipment. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of our website.
Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes and may slightly vary from the actual product.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available on Razorpay. Enso Balance does not store any payment information.
Shipping
We ship Pan India. Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days via Shiprocket. Free shipping is available on all orders.

Limitation of Liability
Enso Balance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

21-Day Results Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
The 21-Day Results Guarantee is applicable only upon full completion of the program. To be eligible for a refund, participants must:
- Begin the 21-day challenge within 2 days of receiving the product
- Complete all 21 consecutive daily workouts in full
- Record and submit daily video proof of each session
- Ensure videos clearly show active participation in the workout
- Submit all 21 videos within 48 hours of completing the program
Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in ineligibility for a refund. Results may vary based on individual effort, consistency, and body type.
10-Day Challenge (Dual Kit Requirement)
The 10-Day Challenge is a separate intensive protocol and is only applicable for participants who purchase both the Pilates Prime Kit and the Reformer Kit together. To qualify under this challenge, participants must complete both prescribed workouts daily (from both kits) without missing any session.
All sessions must be performed consistently each day for 10 consecutive days, and video proof of both workouts must be recorded and submitted daily. This challenge is designed as an accelerated transformation track within the broader program structure and follows the same proof and submission rules as the 21-Day Challenge.
Failure to complete both workouts daily or submit valid proof will result in ineligibility for any associated results guarantee.
